Experience Requirements:
- Ability to use QuickBooks is a must!
- Proficiencies: QuickBooks, MS Teams, Word/Excel/Outlook, Multi-line phone system
- Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM *Consistent attendance and punctuality is essential*
Customer Service Duties:
1) Answer and direct incoming calls
2) Maintain a professional attitude and friendly tone of voice during calls
3) Determine customer needs by listening and asking appropriate questions
4) Generate work orders using QuickBooks
5) Communicate with service team to ensure all customer related issues are addressed
6) Monitor open work orders are completed and closed in a timely manner
Administrative Duties:
1) Verify customer data is correct (addresses, phone numbers, e-mail address, etc.)
2) Filing and sorting documents
3) Manage Shipping/Receiving (UPS/FedEx, USPS)
4) Manage ordering office supplies
5) Maintain clean breakroom area
