Texas Telecommunications Firm Recognized for Mitel Installations
Today, c2mtech announced it ranked as a Mitel Top Partner for 2019. Fueling growth of Mitel installations was a shift from on-premise phone systems towards hybrid and cloud setups.
“While there are many business reasons to migrate to Mitel, a majority of installations came from on premise phone systems,” said Ben Brinkman, President of Sales at c2mtech. “We look forward to our future with Mitel and status as a trusted partner and dealer.”
Mitel offers much more flexibility for startups to enterprise organizations in adopting VoIP. Some businesses want to keep existing hardware with all the benefits of VoIP service plans. Other companies are ready to transition fully to the cloud for unified communications.
c2mtech works closely with non-profit organizations, K-12 schools, municipalities and businesses in phone vendor selection, installation and management. Most engagements start with a network audit to measure performance, reliability, and bandwidth. After cabling upgrades are made to support data and voice communication, the old system is switched over to Mitel.
Several notable projects from 2019 include the migration from Samsung OfficeServ to Mitel Cloud for a Fort Worth manufacturer.
An industrial supplier in Fort Worth with a brand new warehouse upgraded to a fiber network, before moving to Mitel Cloud with c2mtech.
The Waco Independent School District migrated from Samsung OfficeServ to Mitel Cloud. C2mtech installed 2500 phones and licenses for all teachers and school administration.
