Custom Telephone Systems began business in 1975 and is the oldest telecommunication provider in Waco, Texas. In 2010, c2mtech and Custom Telephone Systems, Inc. combined to deliver better customer service, improve relations with technology partners, and lower hardware costs through higher volume sales.

Today, c2mtech and Custom Telephone provide consistent service to businesses in different regional markets. CTS is celebrating a 40th anniversary of providing voice, IT and data packages to clients throughout Central Texas. Over the years, the company has moved from Waco to Killeen, Eddy and Temple, TX. In 2015, we moved to our current office in southwest Waco that serves as a base of operations for a growing team of phone technicians and IT consultants. Managed by Danny Taylor, one of the first employees of Custom Telephone with over thirty years of telecom experience.
